Vicino Jr. paid $429,000 for unit #807 in Nov. 2002.

The 2,1000 square foot unit was listed as high as $600,000. It is located within the Hampton Beach Club condominium and includes a corner wraparound balcony with ocean and intracoastal waterway views.

Vicino Jr. operates F. Vicino and Company, a Deerfield Beach-based drywall and painting contractor.

Mr. Principe is an accountant with Princep Nafekh, Ltd., in Toronto, Canada.

Ms. Principe has worked as an account business manager for Colgate-Palmolive in Toronto.

She attended Trent University in Ontario, Canada.

Condo sales in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea dropped three percent in 2007. The median sales price decreased from $366,000 to $325,000.

Prices at Hampton Beach Club increased 166 percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, dropped from $705,000 to $569,000.
