Late attorney's condo sells for $615K

D. Rodman Eastburn, Jeffrey S. Eastburn and Arthur R. Redgrave, trustees of the Arthur M. Eastburn Jr. Estate, sold a two-bedroom, three bath condo at 4475 N. Ocean Blvd. in Boynton Beach to Margo Linda Lowden for $615,000 on Jan. 23.
The late Arthur Eastburn Jr. paid $345,200 for the 1,700 square foot Unit #3030 of the St. Andrews Fairways in May 1990.
Mr. Eastburn, Jr., a 1939 Princeton alumni, was a partner in the law firm of Eastburn and Gray until his retirement. He was also a director with Doylestown National Bank and Trust Co., in Doylestown, Pa.
The former Army captain earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1946.
He passed away on Feb. 8, 2007.
Mr. D. Rodman Eastburn is a lawyer at
Eastburn & Gray, P.C. in Doylestown, Pa. His law practice includes taxation, estate planning, and corporate law.
Mr. Arthur Redgrave is a senior partner at
Redgrave & Rosenthal, LLP and chairs the firm's Estate Planning Group. His practice also includes elder law, tax planning and asset protection.
Home sales in
Boynton Beach dropped 45 percent in 2007 versus the 2006 sales. The median sales price also fell from $259,000 to $218,000.
