Teppo Uuranniemi, Jaakko Teppo Uuranniemi and Heidi Uuranniemi sold their seven-bedroom, eight bath at 10 Ocean Pl. in Highland Beach for $6.75 million to Edward Brush on Jan. 3, 2006.

The 9,525 square foot home was listed for $8.9 million.

Teppo Uaranniemi is the owner of Jacura Delaware, Inc., a West Palm Beach-based owner and operator of private jets.

Home sales in Highland Beach rose more than five percent in 2007. The median sales price, however, dropped from $630,000 in 2006 to $568,000 last year.
