Sign company CEO spends $2.175M in Parkland

William and Lucia Reicherter bought a six-bedroom, five-bath at 9150 NW 72nd Street in Parkland from Parkland Custom Homes and Development LLC for $2.175 million on Dec. 11.

Parkland Custom Homes and Development paid $550,000 for the property in Jan. 2005.

The property, located in the Estates of Trotters West, was listed as high as $2.45 million.

Mr. Reicherter is the president and CEO of BR Signs, Inc., a provider of business sign solutions based in Pompano Beach. He has been in the sign industry for more than 13 years.

Home sales in Parkland dropped five percent through Dec. 15, 2007 versus the same period in 2006. Median sales price slid down to $723,000 from the previous $790,000.
