Cardiologist buys 4BD in Parkland for $750K

Dr. Ivan L. Ayala bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 7838 NW 111th Way in Parkland from Claude and Linda Larue for $750,000 on Dec. 6.

The Larues paid $950,000 for the 3,761 square foot house, located in the community of Heron Bay, in Feb. 2006.

Dr. Ayala is a cardiologist with a practice in Wellington. He completed his residency at the St. Francis Hospital of Evanston in Illinois.

Ayala also owns a unit in the Hampton Beach Club Condominium in Lauderdale-by-the-sea and a house in Pembroke Pines.

Home sales in Parkland dropped five percent through Dec. 15, 2007 versus the same period in 2006. Median sales price slid down to $723,000 from $790,000.
