The trust of Madeline Lenzini sold a two-bedroom, two bath condo at 5100 N. Ocean Blvd. in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea to E. Dale Wilkinson for $627,500 on Dec. 14.
Unit #814 is located in the Sea Ranch complex. The 1,764 square foot condo was listed for $660,000.
Ms. Lenzini has served as president of Lenzini Excavating, a trucking, excavating and grading company based in Palatine, Ill.
The Sea Ranch condominium is an oceanfront community with 923 units over four buildings.
Condo sales in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea dropped three percent through Dec. 15, 2007, versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price also decreased $41,000, from $366,000 to $325,000.
Sales in Sea Ranch rose 60 percent through Dec. 15, 2007, versus the same period in 2006. The median sales price, however, dropped $31,000, from $536,000 to $505,000.
