Direct marketing exec, accountant sell Wellington 3BD for $825K

Jon and Erin Rapkin sold a three-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 10313 Medicis Place in Wellington from Judith Castro-Jacas for $825,000 on Dec. 13.

Jacas paid $431,500 for the 2,469 square foot home, which is in the Versailles subdivision, in June 2004.

Mr. Rapkin, an interactive and direct marketing professional, is the senior vice president for the Data and Leads Group at USADATA, Inc., a mailing list company headquartered in New York City. He was previously vice president of data acquisition at the Florida office of Princeton, N.J.-based American List Counsel.

He graduated from Cornell University.

Mrs. Rapkin has worked as fund accountant at the Boca Raton office of Sun Capital Partners, Inc.

Home sales in Wellington dropped 33 percent through Dec. 15, 2007 versus the same period in 2006. Median sales price also fell 15 percent from $450,000 to $382,000.
