Mr. Kohlberger is captain of the yacht M/Y Financial Statement. In Feb. 2006, he and a fellow captain rescued four men from a capsized boat three miles offshore in North Miami.
Home sales in Fort Lauderdale dropped 12 percent through Dec. 15, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price, however, rose $7,000 during that span, from $325,000 to $332,000.
