New York dentist sells 3BD in Boca Raton

Dr. Stuart Graber and his wife, Debra, sold a three-bedroom, three bath in Boca Raton at 5745 NE Verde Circle on Dec. 7 for $720,000 to Neil and Pauline Bandtock.

The Grabers bought the 2,873 square foot home in Nov. 2005 for $608,633.

Dr. Graber is a dentist with the Westchester Dental Group in White Plains, N.Y. He also served in the U.S. Army Dental Corps in the 1970s and has been a faculty member at New York University.

He earned his D.D.S. from the New York University College of Dentistry.

Home sales in Boca Raton fell 26 percent through Dec. 15, 2007 versus the same time period in 2006. Median home prices fell almost seven percent to $419,000 in 2007 from $450,000 in '06.

Since BlockShopper Metrics began tracking data in 2001, median home prices in Boca Raton have nearly doubled.
