Ohio pediatrician sells Parkland 5BD for $1.55M

Dr. Sudheer Shirali sold a five-bedroom, 4.5 bath in Parkland at 9480 Eden Manor for $1.55 million to Firdie and Denyse Christian on Oct. 23.

The 4,016 square foot home was listed for $1.58 million. It was built in 2007.

Dr. Shirali practices pediatric endocrinology at the Canton Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio.

A native of India, Dr. Shirali earned his medical degree from the Medical College at Pune University in India. He continued his medical education in New York at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University.

Dr. Shirali is also the Clinical Professor of Pediatrics with the Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy, where he and his family set up the Shirali Family Scholarship Endowment Fund.

Home sales in Parkland dropped nearly 5 percent through Dec. 15, 2007 vs. the same period in 2006. The median price also slipped $63,000 from $790,000 to $723,000.
