Jaime Sanchez Yarza have listed for sale a three-bedroom, four-bath condo at 765 Crandon Blvd. in Key Biscayne for $1.97 million.

Yarza, along with Gabriela Palomino, paid $885,000 for the property in Sept. 2003. The 3,112-square-foot Unit 412 is part of the 75 units at Lake Tower, a development that was built in 2002 in Key Biscayne Oceanfront. Brigitte Nachtigall of Great Properties International Realty is the listing agent.

Yarza is executive director at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. Before that, he was vice president at Goldman Sachs & Co.

He obtained an M.B.A. from the Olin Business School at Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 242 condo sales in Key Biscayne during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $705,000.
