Litigation lawyer lists in Miami 3BD condo worth $1.5M

Medium 6d73dd7099eb161c9a09633a5520898a David C. Pollack and Trudi Pollack bought a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo at 2627 S. Bayshore Drive Unit #1203 in Miami from Carola Sofia Pimentel for $1.5 million on Dec. 7.

Pimentel acquired the property for $1.45 million in April 2009.

The 2,640-square-foot unit is part of the Governor House condominium development, which was built in 2005. It is located in North/East Coconut Grove.

Mr. Pollack is a shareholder in the litigation department of Stearns, Weaver, Miller, Weisller, Alhadeff & Sitterson, P.A.

He holds a J.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Queens College.

Pimentel is a senior designer at Assure Interiors Inc. in Miami. She formed the company in 2000. She previously worked with Pavlik Design Team and was a design director for Echeverria Design Group.

She holds a B.F.A. in interior design from the Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,764 condo sales in Miami during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $155,000.
