Andrew and Elyse Barroway sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 101 20th St. in Miami Beach to Setai PH Villa B LLC for $15 million on June 9.

The property was previously acquired for $9.5 million in June 2004. The 6,208-square-foot Unit PH-B is one of 253 properties at the Setai Resort and Residences development, which was built in 1935 in Flamingo.

Mr. Barroway is an attorney at Barroway Topaz Kessler Meltzer & Check LLP. He handles cases involving litigation and appeals.

He earned his his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,012 home sales in Miami Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $265,000.
