Furniture shop owners sell Miami Beach 2BD condo

Medium d5dd7b225c6ebf9d55d7cc2760aca7e3 Metis Tarta-Steck and Oliver Steck sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 10 Venetian Way in Miami Beach to Pamela K. Jones for $899,000 on Feb. 12.

The Stecks paid $910,000 for the property in Jan. 2008. The 1,477-square-foot Unit #2001 is part of the 35-story the Grand Venetian, which was built in 2002 in the Venetian Island neighborhood.

The Stecks own Esvedra Design LLC, an international design house for contemporary and fashionable furniture.

Mr. Steck is also an executive at WCI Consulting Limited, a management consultancy firm. In the past, he was a consultant at Pfizer and at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting.

He attended Heidelberg University in Germany.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,995 condo sales in Miami Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $240,000.
