Roberta Ingletto and Branko Zunjic bought a four-bedroom, six-bath condo at 2627 S. Bayshore Dr. in Miami from Thomas G. Travis for $2.19 million on Jan. 19.

Travis bought Unit #2601 for $2.2 million in Feb. 2006. The 4,026-square-foot unit is part of the Governor House, a high-rise development in the Northeast Coconut Grove neighborhood.

Ingletto is a real estate broker and the owner of Ingletto Realty Group LLC, which she opened in 2004. She has been in the real estate business since 2001.

She earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Miami-School of Business in 1999.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,712 condo sales in Miami during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $167,500.
