John J. Delionado, Jr., and Yordanka V. Delionado bought a home at 5525 S.W. 84th Terrace in Unincorporated South Miami from Josefina N. Cortes for $600,000 on Dec. 11.
The 2,625-square-foot house, built in 1967, is at Snapper Creek Village in the West Cutler Area.
Mr. Delionado is a partner in the Miami office of Hunton & Williams, where he focuses on complex commercial and financial institution litigation and white collar criminal matters.
From 2001 to 2005, he was Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida.
He earned his B.A. in classics and history at Amherst College in 1995 and his J.D. from Harvard in 2000.
Ms. Delionado is an assistant professor at Florida International University College of Law.
She also earned her law degree from Harvard.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 306 home sales in Unincorporated South Miami during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $214,000.
