Nicholas Ekonomou sold a condo at 1901 Brickell Ave. in Miami to Felipe Miranda for $812,500 on Oct. 15.
The 2,721-square-foot condo is part of the Brickell Place development, which was built in 1975 in the Coral Way neighborhood.
Ekonomou is a condo developer and the owner of Highland Properties & Acquisitions in Coral Gables. Previously, he was the president of Biscayne Villas.
He attended Florida State University, where he was an offensive lineman for the Seminoles.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,094 condo sales in Miami during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $179,000.
