Hospitality company exec buys Palmetto Bay 5BD

Rodrigo J. Decerega and Teresa C. Frade bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 7661 S.W. 146th St. in Palmetto Bay from Julio and Ana Gonzalez for $603,900 on Oct. 5.

The 3,242-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Cutler neighborhood.

Decerega has served as the chief commercial officer of the Latin American division at Gategroup. The company provides products and services to airlines, railroads and hotels.

He attended the International Institute for Management Development.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 224 home sales in Palmetto Bay during the past 12 months, with a median price of $340,000.
