Flower delivery company exec gets 5BD

Larry Abramowitz and his wife, Vanessa, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 9701 E. Broadview Dr. in Bay Harbor Islands from Charles and Melissa Rosenberg for $1.85 million on Aug. 19.
The Rosenbergs bought the property for $2.125 million in July 2006. The 4,669-square-foot house in the West Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood was built in 1972.
Mr. Abramowitz is the president of Bloomsxpress Inc., a flower delivery company in Miami.
Mrs. Abramowitz is the president of Shrimp Market, a quick-service restaurant chain specializing in shrimp.
There were 77 home sales in Bay Harbor Islands in 2008, with a median sales price of $195,000.
