Mayer S. Rivkin has listed for sale a six-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 9700 Broadview Terrace in Bay Harbor Islands for $1 million.

Rivkin bought the property for $1 million in Dec. 2004. The 3,170-square-foot house was built in 1957 in the neighborhood of West Bay Harbor Islands. Bonnie W. Brooks of Turnberry International Realty is the listing agent.

Rivkin is a Jewish recording artist. He is currently in the process of recording his third CD. He worked for several years as a jeweler before becoming a real estate developer in New York.
