Marketing company VP selling 4BD in Pinecrest

Alida Lechter has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6425 Chapman Field Dr. in Pinecrest for $875,000.
Lechter acquired the property for $545,000 in July 2001. The 3,777-square-foot house was built in 1954 in East Pinecrest. Marilyn B. Salzman of Shelton and Stewart Realtors is the listing agent for the home.
Lechter is the vice president and research director at New World Hispanic Research, a research company formed in 1995 to provide clients with reliable information for the development of sensible marketing strategies.
She received her bachelor's in resource economics from the University of Massachusetts.
There were 145 home sales in Pinecrest in 2008, with a median price of $662,500.
