He received his M.D. from New York Medical College.

Sales at the Continuum on South Beach jumped 280.6 percent from 2007-08, while the median sales price was down 20.5 percent during that time.

There were 1,585 condo sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median price of $270,000.
