Sergio Akselrad and his wife, Julee, sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 209 E. Dilido Dr. in Miami Beach for $2.235 million to David Stark on May 15.
The 3,772-square-foot home, which was built in 1935, is in the Venetian Islands neighborhood.
Mr. Akselrad is a vice president at Goldman Sachs, a global financial services firm that provides investment banking, securities and investment management.
He attended Columbia University.
There were 1,585 sales in Miami Beach in 2008, with a median price of $270,000.
