According to his public LinkedIn profile, Justin Zajc is senior manager of supply chain at CSL Plasma, a collector of human plasma. He previously served as manager of parenteral manufacturing and as superintendent of warehousing at CSL Behring.

He holds a degree in operations management and information systems from Northern Illinois University.
