Louis B. Hager Jr. bought a five-bedroom, 7.5-bath home at 339 Garden Road in Palm Beach from Patricia Burt for $4.4 million on Dec. 3.
The 4,842-square-foot home was built in 1963 in Palm Beach North. It is part of the Eden subdivision.
Hager is the owner and president of Northern Eagle Beverages, an alcoholic beverage distributor based in Oneonta, N.Y. He is a former president of the Friends of Bassett and was a director of the Otsego County Chamber.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 412 home sales in Palm Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $737,500.
