Muldoon is a professor with the Lifelong Learning Society at Florida Atlantic University. She is the former president and CEO of Muldoon and Baer Inc. and The Muldoon Agency. She has also worked for 13/21 Corporation, Hanover Direct and Sperry & Hutchinson.
She attended the University of Cincinnati.
Baer serves as vice president at Muldoon & Baer Inc.
