Wallace Sheft and Elaine Sheft bought a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 113 Palm Bay Drive in Palm Beach Gardens from Simon A. Lohmeier and Jane W. Lohmeier for $410,000 on Dec. 4.

The Lohmeiers paid $351,973 for the property in March 2002. The 2,518-square-foot Unit D is one of the 112 units at Palm Bay Club, a development that was built in 2001 in Palm Beach Gardens Central.

Wallace Sheft is a founding director of amfAR, an international non-profit organization dedicated to the support of AIDS research. A retired certified public accountant, his clients have included actors and others in the entertainment field such as Rock Hudson. He has also been the CEO and director of a soybean food processing plant in Iowa.

Elaine Sheft is an artist whose work has been displayed in galleries New York and Miami.

She studied at the Art Students League in New York City and the Brooklyn Museum.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 512 condo sales in Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
