Golf instructor buys 5BD in Jupiter

Lee E. Stroever and Britney L. Stroever bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 240 Poinciana Drive in Jupiter from Approved Properties Inc. for $450,000 on Nov. 2.

The 2,560-square-foot home was built in 2001 in Johnathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove.

Lee Stroever is a golf instructor and golf director at North Palm Beach Country Club. He had a seven-year career as a professional golf player.

He attended Rollins College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,463 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $222,000.
