Todd Wodraska and Tracy Wodraska bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 116 E. Riverside Drive in Jupiter from Linda C. Dixon and James Thomas Dixon for $1.1 million on Oct. 17.
The 3,873-square-foot home was built in 1958 in Johnathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove.
Todd Wodraska is the president of Special District Services, a West Palm Beach-based provider of contract management services. He is currently on his third term as councilor of the Town of Jupiter. He also serves as a commissioner for the Community Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Jupiter and is president of the Palm Beach County League of Cities. In addition, he also serves on the board of directors of the Florida Association of Special Districts. He previously served as CFO for Emerge Consulting. He has also worked for Salomon Smith Barney in New York and William R. Hough & Co. in St. Petersburg.
He obtained his bachelor's degree in finance from Florida State University and his M.B.A. from Rice University.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,528 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $222,000.
