Jennifer Freites and Angelo Freites bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 175 Apollo Circle in Jupiter from Lisa Spett and Michael Spett for $805,000 on Nov. 15.

The Spetts paid $780,000 for the house in Dec. 2004. The 5,027-square-foot house was built in 1988 in Jupiter Seaside. It is located in Olympus subdivision.

Jennifer Freites is the chargeback administrator at Xacti, a company providing solutions for both consumer and business customers. She previously served as customer service supervisor/ reservation agent at Hotel Dann Carlton Barranquilla.

She attended Palm Beach Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,505 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
