Randolph J. Clerihue and Natasha D. Clerihue sold a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 1098 Lakeshore Drive in Jupiter to Stacy and David Cohn for $440,000 on Nov. 11.

The Clerihue's paid $517,500 for the property in June 2008.

The 3,226-square-foot house was built in 2000 in Jupiter South/Abacoa. It is located in the Egret Landing at Jupiter subdivision.

Randolph Clerihue has served as vice president and deputy chief of staff at MetLife New York, an insurance and other financial services provider.

Before that, he was executive and corporate communications director at NextEra Energy Resources and a former competition advocacy specialist in the antitrust division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Earlier, he worked at the U.S. Department of Labor and at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

He earned his B.A. in religion from Taylor University in 1988 and his M.S. in journalism from Northwestern University in 1992.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,499 home sales in Jupiter during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
