Andrew Moshfeghi and Arlanna Moshfeghi bought a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 140 Segovia Way in Jupiter from W. Todd Jensen and Heather MacDougall for $1.075 million on Oct. 20.
Jensen and MacDougall paid $1.045 million for the property in Sept. 2009. The 4,669-square-foot house was built in 2004 in Jupiter South/Abacoa. It is part of the Valencia at Abacoa subdivision.
Andrew Moshfeghi is an assistant professor of Ophthalmology and medical director of Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at Palm Beach Gardens.
He has a B.A. from University of Chicago in Chicago, an M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans and a M.B.A. from the University of Miami, School of Business Administration in Coral Gables. He served his residency in Ophthalmology at North Shore University Hospital, New York University School of Medicine, New York, and his fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Miami.
Arlanna Moshfeghi is an assistant professor of Clinical Ophthalmology at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She specializes in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus.
She has a B.S. from the University of New Orleans in New Orleans and an M.D. from Louisiana State University School of Medicine. She also holds an M.P.H. from Harvard School of Public Health in Boston. She served her residency in Ophthalmology at St. Vincents-Catholic Medical Center, New York Medical College in New York and her fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Miami.
MacDougall is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She works as an of counsel in the Melbourne Office of Ford & Harrison, LLP.
MacDougall was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve as chief legal counsel and special adviser to the chairman of the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, the independent federal agency that serves as an administrative court deciding contested OSHA citations. She also served as associate general counsel of a Washington, DC trade association. She has a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
Mr. Jensen is a chief investment officer at American Realty Capital Healthcare Trust. He has been in the real estate industry for 20 years.
He previously served as senior vice president at DASCO Companies. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president of healthcare at Lauth Property Group. He attended the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School and Kalamazoo College.
