The Sahngers paid $545,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 3,269-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Jupiter South/Abacoa. It is part of the Cambridge at Abacoa subdivision.

Mr. Sahnger is a vice president at Palm Beach Financial Network, a mortgage banking firm. Prior to joining PBFN, he was the editor-in-chief of YOU Magazine . He became a district manager at GMAC Mortgage and a loan consultant at Saving of America.

He obtained his bachelor's in management from Northern Kentucky University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,450 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $204,000.
