Hilary Devey bought a seven-bath home at 444 W. Coconut Palm Road in Boca Raton from Gina Addeo and Lisa Addeo for $3.5 million on Sept. 22.

The 10,523-square-foot house, which was built in 1992, is in Boca Raton Eastside. It is located in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club subdivision.

Devey is the owner at Pall-Ex, a freight and consignment shipment and delivery services provider. She is also a TV host and personality. She is active in charity and is part of the Stroke Association.

She received an honorary doctorate of law from the University of Leicester.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,947 home sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $250,000.
