Lawyer buys Admirals Cove 4BD for $2.375M

Medium 3d947f4a291a3c551d6b95c99d59ae1b Michael L. Yagemann and Marian S. Yagemann bought a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 377 Eagle Drive in Jupiter from Edward S. Campanella and Robyn L. Campanella for $2.375 million on Sept. 24.

The Campanellas paid $2.6 million for the property on Nov. 2009. The 7,645-square-foot house was built in 1991 in Johnathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove neighborhood. It is located in the Admirals Cove subdivision.

Mr. Yagemann, a lawyer, was managing director at VantagePoint Venture Partners. Prior to joining VantagePoint, he was managing member and founder at Greenbridge Capital LLC. He was also co-founder, partner and co-head of the media and telecommunications group at Montgomery Securities. He also served as co-head of media and entertainment group at Bear Stearns. He began his career at the law firm Irell & Manella where served as a partner and practiced in the areas of corporate, corporate securities, tax, entertainment and intellectual property law.

He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.

Mr. Campanella, a construction industry veteran, is president and founder at MBI Group, a full-service MBE certified general contracting and construction management firm. Prior to forming his own company, he was an apprentice at Ryder and Morse Diesel International.

He earned his degree in building construction technology from New York Technical College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,431 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $205,000.
