Adoption lawyer sells 5BD in Boca Raton Northwest

Medium 93f2104e4bfc4cf2a394ce1185d6a4be Jeffrey Alan Kasky and Natalie Kasky sold a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 4421 Woodfield Blvd. in Boca Raton to Christopher B. Stier and Laura A. Stier for $665,000 on April 6.

The Kaskies paid $487,000 for the property in Nov. 2002. The 3,628-square-foot house was built in 1986 in Boca Raton Northwest. It is part of the Woodfield Hunt Club subdivision.

Mr. Kasky a staff attorney and director of Kasky Mediation. His practice has been concentrated almost exclusively on adoption law and has been involved in law enforcement for about 20 yeras, and has been a fully-certified and sworn police officer (reserve) for approximately nine years. Prior to starting his legal career in 1993, he was a music and entertainment agent in New York City, including a stint in the prestigious William Morris Agency's Agent Training Program.

He received his B.A. from the University of Miami and his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University.

Ms. Kasky is a client services coordinator at One World Adoption Services, Inc., a Florida-licensed, not-for-profit child placing agency.

Mr. Stier is a senior director of Latin America Distribution and general manager of Caribbean and Central America at Motorola Mobility. Previously, he was general manager of International Distributor Channel at the firm. He also worked as the firm's finance director of East Asia, controller of Global Distributor Channel, and finance manager of GLOBAL Networks Business.

He received as B.S. in accounting from Northern Illinois University College of Business.
