The Chesters paid $628,925 for the property in July 2004. The 2,552-square-foot Unit #609 is part of the Toscana condominium development which was built in 2004.

Dr. Chester is director at Microbiology Associates, LLC, a microbiology clinical laboratory in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He previously served as chief microbiologist at numerous VA hospitals in New York and Florida. He began his career in microbiology as a junior microbiologist at New York Bureau of Laboratories.

He earned his Ph.D. from New York University.
