Jason and Amanda McPharlin sold a four-bedroom, three-bath at 108 Andalusia Way in Palm Beach Gardens to Michael and Cheryl Berry for $380,000 on Aug. 2.

The McPharlins paid $464,454 for the property in Nov. 2004, the same year the 2,632-square-foot home in Paga Area was built. It is located in the Mirasol subdivision.

Mr. McPharlin is vice president and portfolio manager at Northstar Capital Management, an investment management firm in Palm Beach Gardens. He previously served as finance director at for DIRECTV Latin America.

He received his B.S., M.B.A. and M.I.M degrees from Florida Atlantic University, Nova Southeastern University and Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management, respectively.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,122 home sales in Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
