Correctional facility co. president lists Boca Raton 5BD for $2.475M

Medium 5c2c55d394d983d14c28b0b7e8475c74 Wayne and Rhonda Calabrese have listed for sale a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 384 Royal Palm Way in Boca Raton for $2.475 million.

The 6,105-square-foot house was built in 2002 in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club subdivision. The Calabreses bought the property for $1.9 million in Feb. 2003. David W. Roberts of Royal Palm Properties is the listing agent.

Mr. Calabrese is thwe president and chief operating officer of the GEO Group,a provider of private correctional and detention management, as well as mental health services.

He joined GEO in 1989 as the vice president of business development. Prior to GEO, he was a partner at the law firm Calabrese, Dobbins and Kepple in Ohio.

He received his bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Akron and his J.D. from the University of Akron Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,596 home sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $300,000.
