Evandro and Alexandra Missagia sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 9660 Vineyard Court in Sandalfoot Cove CDP to Thomas Toth-Kiss and Melissa Del Risco Mireya for $340,000 on Jan. 25.

The Missagias paid $420,500 for the property in Aug. 2004. The 2,476-square-foot house was built in 1998 in the Sandalfoot Cove West neighborhood.

Mr. Missagia is broker at PWIB, a wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency offering property, casualty and professional lines.

Ms. Missagia is the chief operating officer at West End Publishing. Prior to that, she was the general manager of Delta Air Lines' Sky Miles program.

She earned her bachelor's degree in finance and an M.B.A. in international finance from American University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 299 home sales in Sandalfoot Cove CDP during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $120,000.
