The estate of Lucy Stewart, Samuel Stewart, Jr., and Richard Stewart sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 166 Gleason St. in Delray Beach to Paula Landow, Samantha Levy and Jonathan Levy for $387,000 on Jan. 8.
The 1,782-square-foot Unit #H is part of the Narberth development, which was built in 1965 in the Delray Beach East neighborhood.
Ms. Stewart was a member of the Little Club in Gulfstream and a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Delray Beach. Before she and her husband moved to Delray Beach, she was a teacher in the elementary school system in Salisbury, N.C.
She received a degree in teaching from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 685 condo sales in Delray Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $91,000.
