James and Mary Huhta have listed for sale a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 5380 N. Ocean Dr. in Riviera Beach for $400,000.

The Huhtas acquired the property for $142,000 in April 2001. The 1,451-square-foot Unit #2A is part of the Eastpointe Tower, a condominium development that was built in 1977 in the Riviera Beach Bayside neighborhood. Ruth Jacobs of Quantum One Realty is the listing agent for the condo.

Mr. Huhta has been a member of the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. He has been a faculty memeber at Tennessee State University, founder of the MTSU historic preservation program, director of the center of excellence in historic preservation at MTSU and he was the chair of the Rutherford County Courthouse Restoration Committee. He authored National Heritage Area on the Civil War in Tennessee.

He obtained his bachelor's from Baldwin-Wallace College. He earned his master's and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 300 condo sales in Riviera Beach during the past 12 months, with a median price of $250,000.
