Mr. Metlin is news director for WTXF-TV in Philadelphia. He has previously served as vice president of news for the WTVT-Ch. 13 Tampa Fox station.

Ms. Sklorman is of counsel at Holland & Knight LLP, where she specializes on real estate, entertainment law, communications and media law.

She earned her B.A. from Georgetown University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia.

The condo is in the 350 S. Ocean Blvd. development, which has 24 units.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 171 condo sales in Palm Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $500,000.
