Ghaddar is a managing director at Straticomm LLC, a pharmaceutical consulting company. Previously, he served as a master level district manager at Pfizer Oncology and as an oncology business director at Rhone-Poulenc Rorer.

He received his B.A. in biological chemistry from the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. in leadership from the University of Miami School of Business.
