Auto body repair shop owner lists Delray Beach 2BD

Josephine DeBiasi has listed for sale a two-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 655 Lakewoode Circle W. in Delray Beach for $549,900.

DeBiasi bought the property for $335,000 in Jan. 2004. The 3,009-square-foot house was built in 1978 in the Delray Beach Southwest neighborhood. Javier A. Perla of Coldwell Banker Boca Regency is the listing agent.

DeBiasi is the owner of Peco's Pro Shop, a car painting and body repair shop in Delray Beach. The company was known as HQ Auto Painting and Body Repair Shop until 2008.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,119 home sales in Delray Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $140,000.
