Sanjit S. Korde and Cara M. Conway bought a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 23429 Rakelle Circle in Boca Del Mar from Joan Rosenberg and Vicki M. Lawrence for $325,000 on Oct.14.

Rosenberg acquired the property in June 2008. The 2,732-square-foot house was built in 1994 in the Boca Del Mar South neighborhood.

Korde is a managing partner with Korde & Associates. He focuses on foreclosures, resolution of title issues, evictions and REO sales. Previously, he was an associate with Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar, he worked as an assistant district attorney at Norfolk County in Massachusetts and he was a judicial clerk with the Massachusetts Superior Court.

He earned his bachelor's from Swarthmore College and his J.D. from the Northeastern School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 294 home sales in Boca Del Mar during the past 12 months, with a median price of $175,000.
