Burley is a criminal lawyer in West Palm Beach. He focuses on drunk driving, alcohol-substance tests and the traffic code. Previously, he was a public defender for a year.

He earned his bachelor's in computer science and in accountancy from Ferris State University. He received his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law. He also attended Northwestern Michigan College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 291 condo sales in Riviera Beach during the past 12 months, with a median price of $240,000.
