Mindy S. D'Angelo bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2901 S. Olive Ave. in West Palm Beach from Lori A. Crawford for $300,000 on Oct. 9.

Crawford paid $515,000 for the property in Oct. 2004. The 2,438-square-foot house was built in 1955 in the West Palm Beach East neighborhood.

D'Angelo has been the marketing director at ICA Fire/Water Restoration Experts.

She attended George Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,011 home sales in West Palm Beach during the past 12 months, with a median price of $148,750.
