Panthers winger Radek Dvorak buys Boca Raton 4BD

Medium 91e8fbbca9e407ed74ed96c413117768 Radek Dvorak bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 10043 Lexington Estates Blvd. in Unincorporated Boca Raton from Edward and Evelyn Olaughlin for $365,000 on Oct. 2.

The Olaughlins paid $400,000 for the property in July 2003. The 3,554-square-foot house in the Greater Mission Bay neighborhood was built in 1996.

Dvorak is a winger with the Florida Panthers. He has also played for the New York Rangers, Edmonton Oilers and St. Louis Blues.

He was the tenth pick in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft. His best season statistically came in 2000-2001 with the Rangers, when he scored 31 goals and had 36 assists in 82 games. He has 194 goals and 308 assists in his 13-year career.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,591 home sales in Unincorporated Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $175,000.
