David and Danielle Loevin bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 118 Neptune Dr. in Hypoluxo from Robert D. Labar and Aline Patricia Martin for $425,000 on Sept. 29.

Labar and Martin bought the property for $1.085 million in Jan. 2006. The 2,802-square-foot house in the Hypoluxo Park subdivision was built in 1975.

Mr. Loevin is an associate with the law firm Adams & Adams LLP in Miami. His areas of practice include personal injury defense, wrongful death, insurance coverage and construction litigation.

He earned his B.A. and J.D. from Florida International University.

Mrs. Loevin is a sales representative at Forest Pharmaceuticals in West Palm Beach.

She attended the University of Florida.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 105 home sales in Hypoluxo during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $148,950.
